Delivery Information
Mary Shoes is committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible. Same-day shipping! Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped via Sürat Kargo on the same day. Delivery times vary depending on your location, typically within 1–3 business days.
Return and Exchange Conditions
You can easily perform return or exchange transactions provided the following conditions are met:
- Products must be unused and unworn
- Product labels must be intact and undamaged
- Products should be returned with original packaging and invoice
- Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery
Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are borne by the customer.
How to Return a Product?
- You may return the product unused and in its original packaging within 14 business days.
- While stating a reason for return is not mandatory, sharing it helps us improve our service.
- Send the product along with a copy of the invoice to the following address:

Refunds
- After your return is approved, refunds will be made to the credit card used for payment.
- Refunds appear on your card within 7 business days.
- Refunds for installment purchases will be credited monthly according to your bank’s procedures.
How to Exchange a Product?
- Exchanges are only valid for orders placed via maryayakkabi.com.
- You must first return the product following the return process above.
- Mark the option “Define as Shopping Voucher” on the return form at the bottom of your invoice.
- Once the product is received, a shopping voucher will be credited to your account, which you can use to place a new order.
Situations Not Covered by Returns or Exchanges
The following cases are considered misuse and are not covered by warranty:
- Using the shoes contrary to their intended purpose (e.g., heavy labor, football)
- Difficulty removing or forcing shoes on/off
- Deformations due to shoes being too small or too large
- Storing in damp conditions or incorrect drying methods (e.g., sunlight, heater)
- Water exposure or washing of nubuck/suede products
- Washing shoes in washing machines or by hand
- Stains caused by excessive sweating
- Natural color transfer from genuine leather products
