ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product described below, ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller’s website [www.maryayakkabi.com], in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation, defining the rights and obligations of both parties.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

The product will be delivered to the address and person(s) specified by the Buyer during the order. Delivery time starts when the product is shipped the same day. The Seller is not responsible for delays by the cargo company.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without any reason or penalty. Withdrawal notification must be made by email or phone within this period. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, complete, and with the original invoice. Return shipping costs will be covered by the Seller. After the Seller receives the returned product, the payment will be refunded to the Buyer’s credit card within 7 days.

ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT METHOD

The Buyer makes payment by credit card. Payment is considered completed upon order confirmation.

ARTICLE 7 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

7.1. The Buyer confirms reading, understanding, and electronically approving all preliminary information about the product’s features, price, payment, and delivery.
7.2. The Seller agrees to deliver the product in full, as ordered, with any warranty and instruction manuals.
7.3. Product delivery requires electronic approval of this contract and payment completion.
7.4. If the product is out of stock, the Seller may cancel the order and refund the payment after notifying the Buyer.

ARTICLE 8 – JURISDICTION

Disputes shall be resolved by Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located in the residence area of the Buyer or Seller, within monetary limits set by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

ARTICLE 9 – ENFORCEMENT

The Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms. This agreement enters into effect upon electronic approval by the Buyer.
